🛠️ Step-by-Step Registration Guide
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
The scheme is strictly for the "low-income strata."
Eligible Vehicles: All motorcycles and rickshaws.
(The cabinet is currently deciding on whether to include cars under 800cc). Requirement: The vehicle must be registered in the name of the applicant.
Step 2: Download the Official App
The Ministry of IT has developed two separate apps:
Consumer App: For citizens to manage their quota.
Retailer App: Pre-installed on devices at 12,000 designated petrol pumps.
Note: Only download the app from official government links (e.g., gov.pk) to avoid scams.
Step 3: Digital Registration (Link CNIC & Vehicle)
Open the app and enter:
Your CNIC Number.
Your Mobile Number (must be registered on the same CNIC).
Your Vehicle Registration Number (Engine/Chassis number may be required).
The system will automatically verify your data with NADRA and the Excise Department.
Step 4: Check Your Monthly Quota
Once verified, the app will display your allocated monthly limit (expected to be 20 or 30 liters).

Step 5: Generate Your Digital Voucher
Before visiting the gas station:
Tap "Generate Voucher" in the app.
A unique QR Code or Digital PIN will appear on your screen.

Look for the "Subsidized Fuel" signage at PSO, Shell, or Total stations.
Show your QR Code to the station operator.
