1. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Generally 18 to 35 years (some programs allow up to 40).

• Domicile: Must have a valid Sindh Domicile (Priority for Hyderabad residents).

• Education: Varies by course (from Middle/Matric to Intermediate).

• Status: Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other government-funded training.

2. Program Benefits

• 100% Free: No admission or monthly tuition fees.

• Monthly Stipend: Most batches offer a monthly stipend (e.g., PKR 2,500 – 4,000) to cover travel expenses.

• Free Toolkits: Technical courses often provide free essential tools or lab manuals.

• Recognized Certification: Certificates issued by NAVTTC or Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE), which are valid for local and international jobs.
