Punjab New School Timings From August 24, 2026
The Punjab School Education Department has announced revised school timings for public and private schools across Punjab. According to the notification issued on August 21, 2026, the new schedule will take effect from Monday, August 24, 2026, and remain applicable until October 15, 2026.

Girls’ School Timing Adjustment
The notification also provides a 15-minute adjustment for girls’ schools. Girls’ schools will generally open 15 minutes earlier and close 15 minutes earlier than the standard timings. District education authorities have been given authority to adjust this difference according to local requirements.
